Big News About a Small Change (10:1 You Won’t Even Notice)
As of April 24, you will now earn 10 points per one-way segment instead of 1 point per one-way segment. But not to worry – it still only takes 16 segments, or 8 roundtrips (160 points), to qualify for a roundtrip Travel Award. We’ve made this change to make it easier for you to earn and redeem points with existing and future JetSet Partners.

 
 

 

Points currently in your account will be converted automatically. You don’t have to do anything and your new point balance will appear on your next statement.

Just remember – 10 for 1 and we’ll take care of the rest.

Redemption On Demand Puts You In Control
 Beginning June 1, you can take advantage of our new Redemption on Demand service that lets you view and manage your JetSet Points online. That means travel awards will no longer be issued to you automatically. Instead, when you want to redeem your JetSet Points, you’ll just log in to your JetSet account at expressjet.com to choose your Award.

Remember: Any travel awards earned through May 31 will be sent to you automatically. Starting June 1, you are in control and can choose when to redeem your JetSet Points for an Award.

Expanded Awards and Redemption Levels
Here’s the really good news: we will be expanding our Awards and Redemption Levels. Beginning June 1, you will be able to redeem your JetSet Points for the following:
 

 

Throughout the rest of 2008 we will be adding more awards from our travel partners. Keep an eye on your in-box for details!

New Benefits That Reward You for Flying More Often
We believe in giving you rewards that you can use right away. So, starting July 1, we’ll be rewarding our most frequent flyers in a brand new way, with JetSet Privileges. This will be an ongoing program that refreshes every quarter. Just fly 4 roundtrips between July 1 and September 30, and you will earn special benefits that you can use between October 1 and December 1. JetSet Privileges will include double JetSet Points for every flight, access to special VIP offers, JetSet Bux and more.

Our JetSetters of the Year
When we say we keep track of your activity, we really mean it! Recently, we were thrilled to recognize the 25 JetSet members who flew most often with us during our first year. (You may be interested to know that our top flyer calls LA/Ontario his home base.) In addition, we recognized other high flyers from across our network. They all received gifts of travel and much more.

This will be an annual tradition – will you be a JetSetter of the Year next year? We’ve started tracking activity for the current year, so if you’ve flown ExpressJet since April 1, you’re on your way to JetSetter of the Year for ‘08.
