I applied last week for a flight attendant position again! I have worked in the airline industry the last 8 years and fly home alot to Kentucky and Ohio so I have had the privilege of flying ASA a lot and have always enjoyed my flights. From the staff on board to the staff in ATL, it has been great! I have been trying for the last few years to get an invitation for an interview but still waiting!!!

I noticed most of everyone on here has recieved an inviation to an interview. I was just wondering how long the process takes to hear anything back. I dont have flight attendant experience, but have 8 years of airline experience, 13 years of face to face customer service and a huge passion for serving customers and flying!!! What am I doing wrong? LOL! Any helpful tips would be great to help my chances of getting a call back!
Billy, I don’t know how long the process takes, but just believe they will call, dream, see yourself as a flight attendant in your daydreams, think it, believe it, live it. Your dream will come true. Hope to see you at the interview!!!

I just completed the application yesterday. I must say I was very impressed with the attendant that I had on my plane last weekend. I expressed to her that I had an interest and I did not know how to go about applying. She told me exactly where to look and so hopefully I am one step closer to my dream job. Thank you very much

Don’t be anxious, Billy. They are probably sifting through thousands of resume’s. They will get to ours eventually. Hopefully, we will hear from them. If not, we will try again next time.Just stay focused, direct your positive energy toward your goal, and you will achieve it.I think that the fact that you want it so badly is a sign that you will be a GREAT flight attendant. Don’t be discouraged. It will happen

For those selected for interviews so far, just wondering do you guys live local or traveling in for the interview. And if so do you know if ASA flies you in for the event? I applied about 2 weeks ago and I am really really anxious to hear if I will get invited. This means so much to me. If they don’t provide travel looks like I will need to get in touch with some buddies and get a buddy pass! Does anyone on here know how many classes ASA is hiring for and when they might be starting??? So many questions!!!

I had an open house session but I didn’t get the job.its my fault because my grandmother passed the day before and I still decided to go to open house and I was sad the whole time.I wasn’t the energetic person I usually am.they say u have to wait six months apply but when I applied I never heard anything back.any suggestions!!!!!!
