Enrolling in the
JetSet
Frequent Flyer Program
Q: How do I enroll
in the
JetSet
?
A: The easiest way
to enroll in the
JetSet
is at www.expressjet.com.
Simply click on the
JetSet
button on the homepage and then easy screens will walk you through the enrollment
process. Once you complete enrollment, a confirmation screen and email will give
you your
JetSet
number and initial password for account login. When you receive your
JetSet
frequent flyer number, you can start using it to receive credits for flights. It's
that simple!
Q: Are there other
ways to enroll in the
JetSet
Program?
A: Yes! You can also
enroll in the
JetSet
Program by calling the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587), through your preferred travel agent, or by mailing
in a completed enrollment card found at the ExpressJet ticket counter at your local
airport.
Q: Will I receive my
JetSet
frequent flyer number immediately after enrollment?
A: Yes.
After online enrollment, a confirmation page will appear with both your
JetSet
frequent flyer number and initial password so you can login to your account at expressjet.com.
If you provide a valid email address during the online enrollment process you will
also receive your frequent flyer number immediately via email. If you do not provide
a valid email address or use any other method of enrollment, we will send your frequent
flyer number via
U.S.
mail. It usually takes 3-4 weeks to
receive your
JetSet
number via
US
mail.
Q: Will I receive a
permanent
JetSet
card or welcome kit?
A: No.
You do not require a membership card to make flight reservations ' you only need
your
JetSet
number provided in the confirmation page and email after enrollment.
Q:
I see that other
JetSet
Members have
JetSet
cards. Why don't I have one?
A: In our first year
of service, we mailed
JetSet
cards to our Members as part of a Welcome Kit.
Beginning May 1, we decided to use the Internet exclusively for all
JetSet
Program details, including Program Rules and membership cards to become more environmentally-friendly.
Q. What if I can't

A: Yes. A
JetSet
number must be provided to ExpressJet to receive
JetSet

JetSet
number yet, or you forgot to enter the number at the time of reservation, you can
email jetset@expressjet.com
or call 1-866-958-XJTR (9587) to receive proper credit for your flight. You will

miles under their respective frequent flier programs, but not the
JetSet

If you are unable to provide your

taken within 6 months of the credit request date. Flights taken over 6 months ago
are ineligible for credit. In order to facilitate this request, please email or
call the

purposes. A copy of your boarding pass
may be required.

card was lost or stolen? Do I need a membership card?
A: If you know your
account number, simply provide it when making a reservation to receive credit. If
you do not know it, you may call or email the
JetSet
Desk at jetset@expressjet.com

within the account which can be verified. The Agent will then be able to provide
you with your account number so that you may enter it when making a reservation
in the future.
Q: If I buy a ticket
for another customer, can I receive
JetSet
Points for that flight?
A: No. The
JetSet
Program was designed to reward our flyers for the actual flights they take, regardless
of who purchased the tickets. Therefore,
JetSet
Points are only awarded to the Customer who actually travels.
Q: Can I combine my
points with another
JetSet
Member?
A: No. Membership in

Q: Before you sent
Travel Awards to me automatically when I had enough
JetSet
Points in my account. Has this changed?
A: Prior to June 1,
Travel Awards were automatically issued to Members after they had flown 8 roundtrips
(or 16 one-way segments). After June
1, our new Redemption on Demand service allows
JetSet
ters to choose when they want to redeem their
JetSet
Points for Awards online at expressjet.com.
Q: How do I redeem
my
JetSet
Points for a Travel Award?
A: The easiest way
to redeem
JetSet
Points is to login to your
JetSet
account at expressjet.com and choose a Travel Award.
You can also call the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587) for assistance.
Q: What if I redeem
my
JetSet
Points for a FlexTravel Award, but then decide that I would prefer to travel on
a Monday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday instead?
A: FlexTravel Awards
are only valid for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
If your travel plans change, and you need to travel on another day of week
you must call the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587). If seats
are available we will be able to change your reservation.
However, we will deduct 40 additional
JetSet
Points from your account to convert your reduced rate FlexTravel Award into a Standard
Travel Award if you wish to travel on any other days except Tuesday, Wednesday and
Saturday.
Q:
What if I do not have 40 additional
JetSet
Points in my account to convert my FlexTravel Award into a Standard Travel Award?
A: FlexTravel Awards
are only valid on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
If you wish to travel on your award on any other day, it must be converted
into a Standard Travel Award which requires 40
JetSet
Points. If you do not have the additional
40
JetSet
Points in your account, you have the following options: (1) Travel as planned on
a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Saturday or, (2) save your Travel Award certificates for
another use and purchase a roundtrip or one-way fare on expressjet.com or through
your preferred travel provider.
Q: Will you be adding
more Award options besides ExpressJet Travel Awards?
A: Yes!
We are currently working with several travel partners to offer
JetSet
ters expanded Award options in 2008.
We will keep you updated as changes occur.
Q: How do I make a
reservation using my
JetSet
Travel Award certificates?
A: You can make an
Award reservation by calling the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587). Please advise our agent that you will be using your
Travel Award Certificate. You will
need to provide the Travel Award Certificate numbers on the Award to make a reservation.
In addition, you may be asked for your
account number as well as several verification questions designed to protect your
account and Awards.
Q: Can I make flight
reservations online for Award travel?
A: Not at the present
time, although we are working on adding this enhancement later in the year. All Award Travel reservations and changes
must be made by calling the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587).
Q: Am I responsible
for the payment of any fees when I make my reservation using a Travel Award?
A: All Awards are subject
to the government-imposed September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per roundtrip,
which must be paid by credit card at the time of reservation.
Q: Are there any blackout
dates when I cannot use my
JetSet
Award?
A: There are no blackout
dates. However,
JetSet
Awards are subject to seat restrictions, and seats will not be available for Award
travel on all flights on all days. It may be particularly difficult to secure a
seat around holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and President's
Day, some weekends during Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day to
popular destinations.
Q: How will I be notified
after I redeem points for a Travel Award?
A: An email will be
sent to your email account on record and the award certificates will appear in your
account summary within 24 hours. Once
the Award is deposited in your account, it is available for use.
Q: Can I make a reservation
online using my Travel Award?
A: Currently online
reservations using a Travel Award are not available. We are working on making this
feature available to give you more options when making a Travel Award reservation.
Stay tuned to www.expressjet.com
for updates.
Q: How do I give away
my Award to another person?
A: The
JetSet
Member who received the Award will need to make the reservation for the person traveling.
Simply get the destination, travel dates, and flight times from the person who will
be using your Award and call the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587) to book the Award travel.
Q: Can I deposit my
Award in another person's account?
A: No, but because
Awards are fully transferable (meaning you can give your travel benefits to family
members and friends), you can make a reservation for another person using one of
your Awards.
Q: Do I need to make
an Award reservation before I arrive at the airport to travel?
A: Yes. All Award reservations
must be made through the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587) to ensure seat availability.
Q: If I am traveling
on an Award, do I need to bring anything to the airport on the day of travel?
A: No. Because reservations
are handled electronically and required prior to arriving at the airport on the
day of travel, you just need to bring yourself, your luggage and government issued
photo-identification to check-in. As always, it is also a good idea to bring your
confirmation number and award codes for reference.
Q: If I make my reservation
using an Award and have to cancel my flight, how long will it take to get the Award
re-deposited in my account?
A: If you cancel your
Award reservation before the flight, the Award will be immediately re-deposited
in your account for immediate use. If you do not cancel the Award reservation before
flight departure, the Award and all associated fees will be forfeited.
Q: If I transfer my
Award and the traveler misses the flight, what happens?
A: It is the travelers
responsibility to cancel or change the Award reservation before departure. If the
reservation is not canceled before departure, the Award and all associated fees
will be forfeited.
Q: How do I change
my Award reservation?
A: All changes must
be made by calling the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587).
2008 PROGRAM CHANGES
Point Split
Q:
When did the Point Split go into effect?
A:
The Point Split occurred on April 24, 2008.
Previously, members earned 1 point per one-way segment flown.
After the Point Split, Members now earn 10 points per one-way segment flown.
Q: What happened to
the Points that I earned before the Point Split?
A:
The
JetSet
Program automatically converted your Points to reflect the new point scale. Each point in your account was multiplied
by 10. For example, if you had 12 points
in your
JetSet
Account before the Point Split, you will now have 120 points.
Q: How many flights
do I now need to earn a standard roundtrip travel Award?
A. Nothing has changed! It still only takes 8 roundtrips (16 one-way
segments) to earn a roundtrip Travel Award.
The only difference is in the accounting 160 points (10 per flight) versus the
old system of 16 points (one per flight).
Q: Why did you change
the point system?
A: We changed the point
system to accommodate the addition of new partners in the
JetSet
Program in 2008.
Redemption on Demand
Q: When did Redemption
on Demand service begin?
A: The new service
will begin on June 1, 2008. All Awards
earned (accumulation of 160 points) prior to June 1 will be automatically issued
to your
JetSet
account. After June 1, you will decide
when and what to redeem your
JetSet
points for.
Q: Can you explain
the new Redemption on Demand Service?
A: Before June 1, Travel
Awards were automatically issued to Members after they had flown 8 roundtrips (or
16 one-way segments). After June 1,
Redemption on Demand will allow customers to choose when they want to redeem their
JetSet
Points for Awards.
Q: What Awards can
I redeem my
JetSet
Points for?
A: We have added an
expanded Travel Award Selection for our Members. Initially there will be three different
Travel Awards to choose from. A standard
roundtrip on ExpressJet will require 160 points.
A one-way trip on ExpressJet will require 80 points.
A FlexTravel Award will require 120 points, but is valid for roundtrip travel
on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays only.

my
JetSet
Points for a Travel Award?

You can also call the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587) for assistance.
Q: What if I redeem
my
JetSet
Points for a FlexTravel Award, but then decide that I would prefer to travel on
a Monday, Thursday, Friday or Sunday instead?

are only valid for travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
If your travel plans change, and you need to travel on another day of week
you must call the
JetSet
Desk at 1-866-958-XJTR (9587). If seats

However, we will deduct 40 additional
JetSet
Points from your account to convert your reduced rate FlexTravel Award into a Standard
