We want to see all of our customers get what they want out of flying ExpressJet, including customers of size.

Customers taking up more than one seat must buy an additional ticket; though it may seem a financial constraint, everyone will have a more comfortable flight.

Buying Two Tickets

People buy two tickets for a variety of reasons: they’re carrying a musical instrument, have a child seat or just want the extra space. We want to be fair in accommodating all types of needs.

Buy in Advance

Customers who cannot be comfortably seated with the armrest down are considered customers of size. If you think your size will be an issue, it’s best to go ahead and purchase the extra seat in advance. This way, your trip won't be interrupted at the time of boarding. If not, you will be asked to buy another ticket at the airport.
