To help get your trip off to a great start, remember to:

• Give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport and check in; these days it’s good to get there two hours before your flight leaves
• Ask an ExpressJet employee if you need help getting to your gate of departure—we’re happy to lend a hand
• Ask a flight attendant to help store any canes, walkers or other personal assistant devices you need to get around
