If you think your travel plans are uncertain or you may need a change after purchase, please make sure that you are fully aware of all of the fare rules and restrictions and that you then buy a ticket flexible enough to accommodate your needs.
Each ticket you purchase has a unique rule associated with that travel; note the particulars for ticket credits and changes when you make your purchase.
The following general rules are just tips to assist you in purchasing a ticket; verify all rules applicable to your actual purchase when buying.
General Ticket Refund Rules
For tickets that are eligible for a ticket refund, the amount received in return depends upon whether any portion of the ticket has been used or not. If completely unused, a full ticket refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7 days.
For restricted tickets that are called non-refundable, no ticket refunds will be permitted.
General Change Rules
- If a ticket is completely unrestricted, you are eligible to make a change without penalty
- If your ticket has restrictions and you want to make a change, please remember the following:
- You must always call to cancel your originally scheduled flight before its departure time to maintain your ticket's value for a future credit
- If you've cancelled your original flight, and you are now ready to rebook; you will be assessed a $50 change fee plus any additional fare difference for your new flight.
